14th - 15th Vietnam Veteran's Rally
Sanford, NC.
I've always had a helluva lot of respect for Vietnam vets because of thier service and sacrifice to our country. After the first
time I worked this rally I had a new respect for them...for how hard they can party!!! The bar never closes (72 hrs.) at this great get-together. lots of bike games and a memorial ceremony, even a wedding once...never know what you'll get into here!
14th - 15th Fireman's Benefit Rally and Bike Show
Chase City, VA
This rally/bike show is a two day event held on a firefighter training facility in a little town just north of the NC/VA border. The location may be remote, but the crowds that turn out for this one are enormous, and a lot of fun. Camping on site (of course) and they usually have a real good musical lineup, as well as other entertainment, such as helicopter rides and bike games. Hope to see you there.
24th Bert's Bash
Youngsville, NC
This fun rally is a great chance to have a blast while giving to a good cause at the same time.
There will be live music, bike games, people games, trophies, and camping available (so ya don't have to try to drive home) The $20 gate proceeds go to the NC Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Great group of guys who put this one on. I hope to see ya there...
